When I'm not spray tanning the Charlotte and surrounding areas, I'm working out, hanging with my little family, or thinking of my next hilarious instagram post.
I got my start in the sunless industry at a nationwide chain of tanning salons. Mystic Tans were the only option for spray tanning and I was determined to hack the system to make them look decent. Fast-forward to 2022, I saw a need for mobile services in the Charlotte area and I knew I could take my extensive knowledge of sunless products and do something big.

My family is from Cleveland, Ohio, but we moved to Charlotte for warmer weather! My favorite shade of spray tan is a natural, dark brown. If I’m not spraying, I’m usually at home with my pets watching movies or hanging out with friends.

After graduating from Winthrop in 2017, I decided the Queen City was for me & I stayed. I love trying out new shades based on the occasion but my fav is a natural, deep dark shade. When I’m not spraying I’m working out or spending time outside most likely at a brewery 🍻

I'm Michaela!
I fell in love with No Shade in Charlotte and was SO excited to bring it to Wilmington with me! My favorite shade is a deep tan (beach life, am I right?). If I'm not spraying, I'm spending time at the beach, booking my next travel plans, or finding a new food spot to try.
No shade is the first spray tan I have received (out of many) where I got comments from people like “you look so sun kissed!” instead of “did you get a spray tan?”. They really care about getting your tan the shade you want / making sure everything is blended properly. So happy with my first experience with them and can’t wait to use them for all future events!
Holly is THE sweetest and most professional lady! I was so nervous and new to the spray tanning world and she made me feel super comfortable. The spray tan itself is not overly dramatic and gives you SUCH a natural glow and not the least bit obnoxious orange. After two sprays from Holly I am 100% on the spray tan life and will not be going back to self tanners!
Holly sprayed me for my bachelorette, wedding, and a friends bachelorette. My tan was flawless every time. She knows what she’s doing and how to color match so that there is no orange! It was so convenient to have her come to me and definitely took some stress off of getting everything done for my big day. 10/10 would recommend!
